Library of Plans:

We have a large library of plans in our files. We will E-Mail you one Free design to give you a sample of what we can provide. The price of our library will depend on the number of plans that we have available that meets your requirements. We can notify you via E-Mail of what we have in stock and the price of the library. You can order at that time.

Example: 5 plans =$25.00; 10 plans = $50.00; etc.

Custom Design:

We will work with your ideas, photos or sketches to create the plan of your dreams. You can contact us by E-Mail (info@plansbydesign.com) or fax (972-380-5803) or phone (972-380-5705). If you need additonal information, we will be happy to work with you.

Our fees for custom design varies, depending on the project. For exact fees, we would need to understand the scope of your building project. Because every house in not the same, we can't quote a price that would cover every situation. Our starting fee for custom designs begin at $.60 per sq. ft. of covered area.
